Care UK is seeking a passionate Lifestyle Co-ordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of MAT leave, working 33 hours per week with alternative weekend working.
You will help residents stay active and independent, identify goals and implement personalised activity plans, and collaborate with families and local communities to create meaningful experiences. Training and development are provided through our Learning Academy, with emphasis on care, compassion and teamwork.
