Warehouse Operative

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Stores Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe, organised, and accurate warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and unload deliveries.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders.
Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse.
Carry out stock counts and assist with inventory control.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where required).
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse or stores experience is desirable but not essential.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer skills are an advantage.
Forklift licence is beneficial but not required.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-13:30!

£12.71 per hour.
