Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Coordinator to join their Whitstable-based team. This is a dynamic role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the full order lifecycle from quotation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders and quotations within set KPIs.
 
* Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
 
* Prepare quotations using internal systems and ensure export compliance.
 
* Liaise with commercial, product, and procurement teams to confirm pricing and lead times.
 
* Follow up on quotes, negotiate where needed, and progress orders to shipment.
 
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
 
* Support external sales and business development teams.
 
* Identify new sales opportunities and assist with cross-selling and up-selling.
 
* Maintain coverage of phones, emails, and reception during office hours.
 
* Participate in team reviews and contribute to service improvements.

Person Specification:

* Experience in customer service, order processing, and quotations.
 
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
 
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
