Performance-based bonus $1500-7k / month + hourly rate
OT Rate: Time and a half for hours after 40 hours a week

Job Description
We're seeking a Master-Level Automotive Technician to join our high-performing team. If you take pride in quality work, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance
- Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems
- Install parts, components, and systems as needed
- Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately
MUST-HAVES:
- 6-10 years of experience (ideally 6-10; considered at Master's level with a minimum of 5 years) (Open to candidates with 3-4 years of experience)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles
- Electrical diagnostic skills, rated on a scale of 1-10 (candidates rating 5-8 are acceptable)
- Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
- Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools
- Hands-on experience with Identifix diagnostics
- Own tools, with documentation of total tool value (in USD)
