This is a full‑time, on‑site Construction Estimator role at our Whittier, CA location. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for performing quantity take‑offs, preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with project teams to develop competitive bids. The role will involve analyzing project specifications, conducting site visits, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure accurate project assessments and cost controls.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Construction Estimating, including experience with tools and software commonly used in the industry
- Strong skills in Quantity Take‑offs and Cost Management to develop accurate project assessments
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Detail‑oriented approach and strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with medical, dental, vet construction and local building codes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
