Compensation $80-120k all in + benefits

• Monthly Closing and Reconciliation
  • Manage the full-cycle month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet account reconciliations, profit and loss statements, journal entries, and financial reporting.
  • Review daily bank transactions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll activity; post necessary transactions to the facility ledger as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of intercompany and subsidiary transactions to maintain clean and accurate facility ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and expense schedules.
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records, reconcile financial data, and support the company’s strategic financial planning initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and healthcare industry standards, including accrual accounting, prepaids, fixed assets, and revenue recognition.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Respond to audit requests, perform variance and flux analyses, and support external auditors during financial examinations.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and verify expenses are supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Review daily banking activity and reconcile transactions across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and cash accounts for multiple facilities.
• Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that impact the company’s financial performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to support long-term operational and financial objectives.
