Your role will significantly contribute to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and introducing clients to our team of experts to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and banking rules.
- Educate clients on self‑service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs, helping them meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations by delivering friendly, attentive service and creating a welcoming environment.
- Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.
- Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
- Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
