Senior Financial Analyst

Tatum by Randstad is working with a company in the healthcare administration and SNF industry. The company has been growing as a result of acquisition and is looking to a a senior financial analyst to their team. The company is on a hybrid schedule and looking to bring on Senior Financial Analyst to support their newly acquired entities:
The person taking on this opportunity would be handling the following duties

• The Senior financial analyst would be serving as a partner with the administration of the Skilled Nursing Facilities to provide monthly reporting and updates on monthly financials.
• This person would be responsible for budget variance analysis; assisting with the annual budget preparation; and preparing budget templates.
• The senior financial analyst would need to be an advanced excel user to build and maintain financial models.
• Preparation of monthly forecasts to help guide internal customers.
• This individual would also be responsible for preparing KPI information for entities and preparing ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience is required
• Excellent communication skills and prior experience relating financial results to non-financial internal customers.
• 4-6+ years of experience with preparing monthly forecasts and creating/maintaining financial models.
• Advanced excel skills are required and prior experience with Tableau or Power BI is required.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
