EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma; some college preferred.
Experience with in a professional environment with a strong customer focus.
ESSENTIAL

Ability to work as a team member.
Demonstrated computer literacy.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicating to patients, including informing patients about tests and obtaining patient history.
Performing accurate and consistent documentation and measurement tasks.
Performing duties consistent with ophthalmic writer/scribe.
Assisting physicians as needed.
Performing patient triage.
Maintaining instruments.
Performing administrative duties including confirming appointments and maintaining cleanliness.
