The Project Manager leads multiple concurrent healthcare design and construction projects across PIH Health’s hospital campuses and medical office buildings. Responsible for managing projects from initiation through closeout, this role ensures scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance objectives are met while integrating sustainability and technology considerations. The Project Manager collaborates with cross‑functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, Governance, FF&E, Clinical Operations, and Information Technology, applying AEC Best Practices and PMI‑aligned methodologies to deliver safe, efficient, and future‑ready environments for patient care.
The role also engages external partners, technical design and engineering consultants, construction teams, and public agencies with jurisdiction (HCAI).
