As a Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our store by maximizing sales and profitability while fostering a dynamic, high-performing team. Your leadership will be key in mentoring staff, ensuring smooth communication between the store and corporate directives, and maintaining our high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).

Performance Achievement:
Lead initiatives to meet and surpass sales and profit goals while ensuring exceptional food quality and service standards.

Team Leadership:
Create a positive work environment by inspiring, motivating, and developing team members. Implement learning and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

Operations Management:
Ensure compliance with operational systems, standards, and all government regulations. Conduct financial analyses, including profit and loss assessments, and manage business planning and reporting.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the Quick-Service/Fast Food sector.

Financial Knowledge:
Strong understanding of P&L statements and quality standards implementation.

High energy and adaptability to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and quick to learn.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Active Role:
Engage in moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Continuous standing and walking are required, along with repetitive hand motions and overhead reaching. Be prepared for exposure to varying temperatures in coolers and freezers.
