Program Manager, Facilities Construction

The Program Manager leads initial strategic planning, programming, budget and scope development for capital projects across PIH Health’s hospital and medical office building portfolio. This role bridges early-phase planning with full project lifecycle execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder needs. The Program Manager collaborates closely with the clinical and acute care medical staff to translate programmatic needs into spatial solutions that supports delivering projects on time and within budget.

The Program Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams including Space Planning, CAD, M&O, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, Governance, FF&E, Clinical Operations, and Information Technology, applying AEC Best Practices and PMI-aligned methodologies to deliver safe, efficient, and future-ready environments for patient care. The role also engages external partners, technical design and engineering consultants, construction teams, and HCAI, a primary public agency with jurisdiction.
