, this role is for you. This is a full‑time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement!

• Set up, pre‑run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment; assist maintenance team with repairs and service tasks.
• Complete all required documentation, including downtime logs and HACCP forms, using SAP and in accordance with SOPs and safety training.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed for sanitation and maintenance.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
• Adaptability to flexible work hours based on production demands, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.

• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications. Prefer proficient communication and reasoning skills to pass on information to co‑workers and to relay information to and from all employee levels including management and skilled personnel.
