Location: Whittier, California (with local travel to AIS sites)
Salary Range: $115,000 -$135,000 annually
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our dynamic nursing team and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This leadership role is based at our Whittier headquarters and requires regular travel to Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) locations throughout the region.
Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing
, the RN Supervisor will play a hands-on leadership role
, overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, conducting audits, and ensuring consistent care quality across all sites.
- Supervise day-to-day clinical operations across multiple sites
- Manage nurse scheduling and staffing coverage
- Deliver direct patient care as needed during staff shortages or clinical escalations
- Conduct audits to ensure safety, regulatory, and policy compliance
- Collaborate with pharmacy, lab, and case management teams to streamline services
- Lead staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development
- Monitor quality assurance metrics and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and patient records
- Participate in crisis response and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field required
- Current and active RN license in the state of California
- BLS certification required (
ACLS preferred
) - Ig and/or INS certification is highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role (preferably across both acute and home health care settings
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead teams effectively
- Flexible and comfortable working in a multi-site environment with frequent travel
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local travel
- Willingness to work on-call, evenings, or weekends as needed
