Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care in a patient’s place of residence under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LVN provides nursing care within the scope of practice for licensed vocational nursing and accepts responsibility for individual nursing actions, competence, decisions and behavior in the course of vocational nursing practice. Demonstrates performance consistent with the PIH Health vision of Patients First.
