Lennox, a leading HVAC and refrigeration company, offers a dynamic environment for growth and innovation. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, contribute to daily operations, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining store appearance and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service with product expertise and selling skills.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory.
• Self‑motivated and team‑focused.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Complete all assigned training within the given timeframe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Act as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering, and open/close procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $47,000 – $61,000 annually (salaried non‑exempt).
• Eligible for an annual bonus under company plan.
• Benefits include tuition reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, 401(k), short‑term disability, 8 weeks paid birthing leave, 2 weeks paid bonding leave, life and long‑term disability insurance.
• New hires may receive up to 12 days paid time off, 2 paid wellbeing days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
• Subject to eligibility requirements and applicable law.
