Overview
The Manager, Specialty Retail works in partnership with the Director of Specialty Retail to support the overall management and strategic oversight of multiple specialty retail locations. This role assists in managing all operational aspects including budgeting, buying, staffing, training, business development, goal setting, and customer service excellence across four (4) specialty retail locations.
In addition to retail management responsibilities, this position works collaboratively with the Director of Specialty Retail to support Financial Counseling operations, assists the Financial Counselor to ensure accurate processes, patient support, and compliance, and serves as a Certified Mastectomy Fitter, providing specialized patient fittings and oversight of durable medical equipment (DME) services.
The Manager, Specialty Retail plays a key leadership role in executing operational strategies, identifying growth opportunities, implementing retail systems, forecasting trends, expanding specialty services, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community healthcare initiatives. This is an exempt position.

Required:
- High School diploma
- Business training with emphasis in merchandising
- Retail management experience 5 years
- Experience working with volunteers
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Retail experience in healthcare environment
