What You’ll Bring to the Team:- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules and at multiple locations
