We are looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals for our Technician position at our Mazda/BMW dealership in Wichita Falls. The Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards. You may also be assigned to perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working order for our customers.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose automotive issues using experience, tools, and manufacturer procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Conduct pre-delivery vehicle checks
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service
- Ensure documentation complies with regulations and company standards
- Provide accurate service recommendations to customers
- Support shop efficiency through organization, inventory tasks, and general duties
- Attend meetings and required training sessions
- Adhere to all safety and environmental procedures
- High school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of dealership-level or high-volume shop experience (Luxury experience preferred)
- ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic ability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions
- Willingness to pass a background check and clear a drug test
- Weekly pay
- Competitive pay: $20.00 – $55.00 per flat-rate hour, depending on experience
