Youth Care Worker I –
Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions
Full‑time position. Join our positive and supportive team of Youth Care Workers dedicated to making a difference in the lives of foster youth.
What You’ll Do- Lead activities and teach daily routines.
- Support youth in communicating their needs and goals.
- Transport residents to appointments.
- Engage youth in a variety of therapeutic activities.
- Team players who are respectful, have integrity, and create a safe and nurturing space.
- Passionate about working with children and helping them grow.

- 25 days of personal leave in your first year.
