Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
Reasonable call schedule (1:4)
4.5-day workweek (Monday Friday)
Privileging process takes approx. 2 months
Supportive practice with backup call and surgical assist available
CRNA-administered anesthesia available 24/7
Professional Details:
Average 273 patient visits/month (goal)
Average 22 deliveries/month
2 OBs currently on staff
Level II Nursery
High-risk pregnancies typically transferred at weeks (based on pediatrician discretion)
EMR:
Allscripts ProfessionalCall coverage: 1:4 (in-house; confirmation needed on specifics)
Strong hospital support with experienced CRNAs and dedicated support staff
