Independent Optometrist – Sam's Club
Location:
3801 Kell Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX , United States of America
Position Summary: As an independent optometrist leasing space inside Sam’s Club, you will lead patient care in eye and vision services, collaborating with the store environment to promote health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities- Establish your days and hours of practice.
- Control your patient schedule.
- Set your fee schedule and retain 100% of exam/professional fees.
- Launch and market your services within the Sam’s Club location.
For fair market value, you can opt into:
- Advanced equipment and instrumentation.
- Administrative and/or opt‑tech support services (if state allows).
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
- Valid state optometry license.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited ophthalmology school.
- Valid state ophthalmology license.
- General Liability Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
