• 2 days in clinic with 2 days in the O.R.
  
  - DaVinci robotics onsite.
• 1:9 Call rotation with OB hospitalist, Neonatologists, and Maternal Fetal Medicine support onsite - deliver at ONE hospital.
• Up to $500,000 base salary + RVU and quality production.
• $3,000/month residency stipend.
• 1 year track to additional surgery share bonuses.
