Vitro, North America's largest manufacturer of architectural and automotive glass, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Engineer at its Wichita Falls, Texas location. This role involves maintaining the facility infrastructure and utility systems.

• Implement preventative measures to safeguard the plant's utility systems and infrastructure.
• Diagnose failures and develop action plans to resolve issues and prevent future problems.
• Manage risks to support organizational strategic objectives.
• Analyze field data to identify trends and issues.
• Manage asset reliability risks affecting plant or business operations.
• Improve facility reliability through engineering solutions.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues to identify root causes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Coordinate activities across technical, engineering, and production teams.
• Understanding of industrial utility and infrastructure operations, including HVAC, compressed air, hot water, and chilled water systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred).
• 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
