The incumbent for this position would be responsible for the following duties:

• Accurately prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial statements and year-end financial, tax and audit reports.
• Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Responsible for fixed asset reporting
• Serve as support (in the event that back-up is needed) for both accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
• Responsible for the maintenance of the general ledger
• Conduct internal audits and testing for compliance with policies and procedures and to ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies including Sarbanes Oxley
• Occasionally assist with periodic physical inventories
• Assist in preparation of annual budget
• Serve as support to payroll department in the event back-up is needed for processing.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have financial experience, preferably in a consulting role.
• Have 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Have strong analytical skills
• Be able to communicate effectively written and verbally in English.
• Possess attention to detail for accuracy and completeness.
