Responsibilities include:

• Providing occupational therapy services under supervision, reassessing patient status, and ensuring quality care.
• Developing, discussing, and communicating care plans with patients and families.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy services.
• Promoting infection control principles according to facility policy.

Requirements:

• Current Texas COTA license
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Experience in long-term acute care and rehabilitation preferred
