Job Details:
We are seeking an Attorney with a strong background in Oil & Gas to join our dynamic Tech Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to be part of a team that is shaping the future of the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of oil and gas matters, including joint operating agreements, farmouts, federal leasing, and state leasing.
This role requires at least 3 years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of the legal complexities associated with the Oil & Gas industry.
