• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates with attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
• Documents all services provided and submits them on appropriate forms; reports changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Demonstrates good time management skills.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Texas license
• Current CPR certification
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts
• Have dependable transportation
