Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Wichita Falls, TX | Acute Care

Contract | Days | Alternating 36/48-hour weeks (expected 84 hours biweekly) | Shifts run 11:00–23:00 on a 3x12 or 4x12 rotation

• Deliver high-acuity emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced ED environment
• Perform timely assessment, triage, and intervention for emergency and trauma patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Complete facility orientation modules as scheduled during the onboarding period

• Active RN license in hand prior to start date
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience; candidates with 2 years of experience must have background in a high-volume or trauma facility
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Must be available to complete required compliance and lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place within that timeframe

• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Experience working in a high-volume or trauma-designated emergency department
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

• ASAP start available for qualified candidates ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic emergency setting
• Consistent biweekly schedule with an expected 84 hours per two-week period
