About the Role:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs who are ready to make a real impact. As a Staff Nurse at our state-of-the-art rehab and nursing facility, you'll play a vital role in resident outcomes and overall experience. You'll be part of a compassionate care team that helps patients recover faster and feel supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care to our patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing care

- Active RN or LVN license in the State of Texas
- CPR certification
