Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes excellent patient care and satisfaction
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and other departmental leaders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication
Conduct performance assessments, provide coaching and mentoring, and facilitate professional development for nursing staff
Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of organizational objectives
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or higher)
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in nursing administration
Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
