- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization
- Experience in solution-selling within the industrial manufacturing sector
Background in managing multi-level executive relationships in customer organizations - Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology
- Previous mentoring or coaching experience with sales teams
- Insight into market trends and competitive landscape analysis
