Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Permanency Support Worker to join Texas Family Initiative.
Responsibilities- Assist Permanency Case Managers and Supervisors with transportation, visit observation, documentation, and legal filings.
- Teach parenting techniques during visitation and collaborate with a dedicated team to plan, advocate, and access resources.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least two years of experience working with children and families (preferred).
- Predictive Index assessment (complete at ).
Average hourly rate $18.08.
