Job Title: Administrative Specialist – Excel Formula Expert

Location: Wichita, KS

Employment Type: Contract 2-4 weeks

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $25- $35

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, creating efficient spreadsheets, and ensuring accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets using advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, nested formulas).

  • Create automated calculations and data validation rules to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and correct formula errors to ensure data integrity.

  • Collaborate with team members to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate outputs.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all data handled.

Qualifications
  • Required:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and functions (including conditional formatting and data analysis tools).

  • Testing on Excel will be required prior to being interviewed.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Preferred:

  • Experience with pivot tables, charts, and basic macros.

  • Previous administrative or data‑focused role experience.
