The Administration Officer plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service at Kingston Robe MPS. This position supports clients, staff, and visitors through efficient reception services, accurate data entry, medical records administration, and clerical support, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the health service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused reception and administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain patient/client information, reports, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage medical record administrative services in line with policies, standards, and privacy requirements.
  • Support the effective operation of Kingston Robe MPS through general clerical and administrative assistance.

  • Do you have experience providing administrative and clerical support services in a busy environment?
  • Are you confident delivering professional, customer-focused reception and administrative services?
  • Do you have strong data entry and reporting skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel to develop spreadsheets?
  • Are you able to manage confidential information with discretion and attention to detail?

This is a part time (0.4 FTE) vacancy, working 30 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
