Role
Summary:
As a Mid-Level Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing planning and prioritization for all business requests from an engineering standpoint. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to capture requirements and document them effectively.
- Build and lead executive presentations, leveraging data analytics, SQL, Power
BI, and Excel. - Facilitate workshops to define future state scenarios across the partner/seller journey.
- Write business requirement documents and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Integrate partner scenarios into planning work streams as part of the commercial partner planning portfolio.
- Review technical architecture building blocks and systems design.
- Drive measurable improvements to the digital partner experience.
MUST-Have
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, product management, process management, or process improvement.
- Experience with portfolio management, data analysis, and executive presentation preparation.
- Strong knowledge of AI terminology and concepts.
- Ability to assess and prioritize requirements from sales and marketing stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience at Microsoft.
