Role

Summary:

As a Mid-Level Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing planning and prioritization for all business requests from an engineering standpoint. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient project execution and delivery.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to capture requirements and document them effectively.
• Build and lead executive presentations, leveraging data analytics, SQL, Power
  
  BI, and Excel.
• Facilitate workshops to define future state scenarios across the partner/seller journey.
• Write business requirement documents and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Integrate partner scenarios into planning work streams as part of the commercial partner planning portfolio.
• Review technical architecture building blocks and systems design.
• Drive measurable improvements to the digital partner experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, product management, process management, or process improvement.
• Experience with portfolio management, data analysis, and executive presentation preparation.
• Strong knowledge of AI terminology and concepts.
• Ability to assess and prioritize requirements from sales and marketing stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience at Microsoft.
