Mews is seeking a Pay Ops Analyst to be the operational heartbeat of our Payment Operations. You’ll monitor payout timeliness, manage incidents end to end, and provide analytics that keep merchants paid accurately and on time.
This is an active, AI-enabled role built for a fast-paced, scalable operation. You’ll coordinate with Support, Product, Fin Tech R&D, and PSPs, produce weekly KPI reports, maintain runbooks, and drive data quality during incidents.
