* Manage and oversee multiple roofing and exterior construction projects simultaneously
* Coordinate scheduling of crews, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
* Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, suppliers, and Dingers’ internal team
* Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
* Track project progress, address issues proactively, and communicate updates with management and clients
* Review project estimates, contracts, and change orders for accuracy and profitability
* Maintain organized project documentation and reporting throughout the job lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and warranty requirements
* Assist with training and supporting field staff and subcontractors as needed## Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in construction or roofing project management preferred
* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current insurance
* Comfortable visiting job sites and performing roof inspections as needed
* Proficient with project management tools, spreadsheets, and mobile communication
* Professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members
* Demonstrates attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to Dingers’ standard of excellence##
