• Site Management:
  Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Team Leadership:
  Partner with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including owners. Adapt communication to stakeholders needs, providing consistent and accurate updates on project scope and timeline.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
• Safety Management:
  Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
• Scheduling:
  Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen challenges.
• Budget Management:
  Monitor project costs, ensure work is performed within budget constraints and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, inspections, and other relevant documentation.
• Problem Solving:
  Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and effectively.
