Responsibilities- Collaborate daily with the superintendent to complete residential construction tasks.
- Install high‑end iron entry doors and other finish components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite.
- Operate power tools and handle materials safely.
- Travel occasionally for out‑of‑town projects (including a few overnight stays).
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 200 pounds.
- Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Hourly pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience.
- Year‑end bonus potential.

Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required based on project needs.
LocationPrimary work is onsite within our residential project areas. Occasional travel to out‑of‑town sites (overnight stays a few times per year).
