• Collaborate daily with the superintendent to complete residential construction tasks.
• Install high‑end iron entry doors and other finish components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite.
• Operate power tools and handle materials safely.
• Travel occasionally for out‑of‑town projects (including a few overnight stays).
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 200 pounds.

• Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

• Hourly pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience.
• Year‑end bonus potential.

Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required based on project needs.

Primary work is onsite within our residential project areas. Occasional travel to out‑of‑town sites (overnight stays a few times per year).
