As a Construction Laborer, you’ll work under the direction of our foremen to construct high-quality concrete structures. Your role will involve hands-on tasks, from preparing forms to assisting with pours and finishes, ensuring projects meet our rigorous standards. Concrete experience is preferred, but we value a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

• Assist in preparing, setting, and finishing concrete forms and surfaces.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols, including ADA, OSHA, and MSHA standards.
• Support foremen and team members in meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.

• Experience:
  
  1 to 3 years in construction; concrete experience preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to follow directions, read a tape measurer, use hand and power tools, and perform physical labor.
• Qualifications:
  
  Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass drug test and physical.
• Adaptability:
  Willing to work nights and in various weather conditions.
• Language:
  Fluency in English;
  Spanish is a plus.
