• Pay Rate: $18/hour to $25/hour, based on experience

As a Construction Laborer, you’ll work under the direction of our foremen to construct high-quality concrete structures. Your role will involve hands‑on tasks, from preparing forms to assisting with pours and finishes, ensuring projects meet our rigorous standards. Concrete experience is preferred, but we value a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

• Assist in preparing, setting, and finishing concrete forms and surfaces.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols, including ADA, OSHA, and MSHA standards.
• Support foremen and team members in meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.

• Experience:
  
  1 to 3 years in construction; concrete experience preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to follow directions, read a tape measurer, use hand and power tools, and perform physical labor.
• Qualifications:
  
  Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to pass drug test and physical.
• Adaptability:
  Willing to work nights and in various weather conditions.
• Language:
  Fluency in English;
  Spanish is a plus.
