you will support structural concrete operations by placing and securing reinforcing steel according to project specifications and
safety standards. You will work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and crew members to install reinforcing materials accurately
and efficiently.
Essential Functions- Readandinterpretblueprints,drawings,andrebarschedules
- Measure,cut,bend,andtiereinforcingsteelperprojectspecifications
- Installrebar,mesh,andreinforcingmaterialsinfootings,walls,slabs,andcolumns
- Maintainproperspacing,alignment,andelevationofreinforcingsteel
- Prepareformswithconcretecrewspriortopours
- Followall Eby Constructionsafetypoliciesand OSHA regulations
- Maintain tools,equipment,andacleanjobsite
- Liftupto
75poundsandperformphysicallydemandingwork - Bend,kneel,climb,andstandforextendedperiods
- Workoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditions
- Safelyusehandandpowertools
- Maintainreliableattendanceandcommunicateeffectivelywithcrewmembers
