Construction Superintendent – Commercial Projects

We're looking for a driven and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across the Wichita area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on running job sites, driving schedules, and delivering high-quality commercial builds from start to finish. • Lead on‑site operations for ground‑up and renovation commercial projects
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Take full ownership of schedule, safety, and quality execution
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Review plans, specs, and project details to drive accurate execution
• Proactively identify and solve challenges to keep projects on track
• Partner with Project Managers, architects, and clients to ensure success
• Conduct site meetings and provide clear progress updates
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
• Proven ability to successfully manage commercial job sites from start to completion
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable
• Deep understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and safety
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with construction management software is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
