* POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist department head, faculty and staff in the Film Department with Production Design duties such as; organizing props, costumes, materials, cataloging these items, overseeing checkout and return of items and perform clerical duties as assigned.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Assists with moving, organizing and storage of all props, costumes and supplies.
* Catalog all of the props and costumes to create a master list of current items.
* Maintain the general upkeep of props and costumes.
* Oversee checkout and return of props and costumes.
* Perform clerical duties as directed typing, copying, filing, labeling, errands, etc.

* KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

*** Must be enrolled as a student of Ringling College of Art and Design
* Must be dependable, able work as scheduled, and work with general supervision.
* Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff, faculty and other students in a courteous and professional manner.
* Must complete office/classroom/departmental tasks as assigned in a timely manner.
