**** POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

** Reporting to the Dean-Chief Academic Officer this role will provide instruction in clinical skills.
** SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
**** Teaching (100%)
*** Works with faculty to provide hands-on student training in clinical skills such as procedures, history and physical assessment, and diagnostic testing.
* Assists in monitoring the progress of all students to ensure successful progress toward graduation
* Develops preparatory material, such as lectures, and then delivers to the students in assigned courses.
* Perform other related duties, as assigned

* SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

** N/A
** QUALIFICATION(S):
*** Health professional with the following degrees: DO, MD, EMT, APN, PA
* Clinical experience providing direct patient care their specialty
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be detailed oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
* Please provide examples of accomplishments, skills, and publications

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in precepting Osteopathic medical students in a clinical setting.
* Experience as an instructor in a clinical skills course or CME course
