Welcome to what it is like to be a part of the Wizeprep team as an MCAT & LSAT Marketing Manager! You’ll make your own work schedule, work will take place on‑campus around your class schedule and you’ll be tasked with promoting Wizeprep’s MCAT & LSAT prep programs to fellow students at your college/university both in person and online.

As Wizeprep’s MCAT & LSAT Marketing Manager, you will be the face of Wizeprep’s MCAT & LSAT program on campus. You will serve as the main point of contact at your school for student club partners, nurturing existing relationships and fostering new ones. You will promote Wizeprep events to the campus community and increase brand awareness of our organization through digital and in‑person outreach activities.

You will be a cheerleader and influencer for Wizeprep’s MCAT & LSAT prep programs, assisting students through the stressful process of choosing the best preparation option for them!

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with student organization executives to establish partnerships, nurture relationships and collaborate on events
• Outreach to advisors, department heads, and other important campus contacts
• Managing a Wizeprep booth at fairs, events, and conferences representing the company
• Organizing, attending, and presenting at virtual and in‑person campus events
• Invigilating practice test events for students
• Utilize social media skills to increase brand awareness of Wizeprep’s MCAT & LSAT programs
• Postering on campus and other key locations
• Attending other campus events/activities (such as frosh week and clubs day) as assigned
• Class Announcements
• Miscellaneous Marketing Initiatives

• Starting at $17.50/hour + Bonuses

• University or College Student
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (or equivalent) program preferably pursuing a science or business‑related degree. Familiarity with and/or interest in taking the MCAT or LSAT is a plus!
• Outgoing & Reliable – the idea of spreading the word about Wizeprep MCAT & LSAT programs to fellow students on‑campus is exciting to you; you’re communicative and we can count on you to do what you say you will to the best of your ability. You have excellent oral and written communication skills and the thought of delivering presentations to fellow students is energizing to you!
• Available Between Sept 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026 for 5 hours/week – you can balance attending school while being available to work part‑time for at least 5 hours any given week throughout the school year around your other commitments.
