Medxcel is seeking a Plant Operator for the Facilities team in Wichita, KS. You will control and monitor primary and auxiliary power plant equipment, including boilers, turbines, generators, pumps, and compressors, using control boards and sequential switches.
You will also monitor meters and computer systems to regulate power flow, perform routine maintenance, document operations, and coordinate shift scheduling while training team members and contributing to cross-functional projects.
