Aircraft Technicians

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a candidate to perform a range of structural and maintenance tasks on aircraft components.

• Execute repairs and modifications on structural components, including wing, fuselage, and tail sections.
• Fabricate and modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
• Perform minor structural repairs on composite components that are either attached or detached.
• Learn and perform a variety of structural assembly operations, including fastener installation and assembly production duties.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft engines and related aircraft components.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Fabricate, install, refurbish, and modify aircraft interior components.
• Perform sealing of aircraft wing tanks currently on the production line.
• Fabricate parts required for composite operations.
• Inspect assemblies and detail parts for compliance with applicable drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare surfaces for paint application on aircraft and repaired components, apply primer and topcoat, and perform touch‑ups as needed.
• Perform sizing and support analysis activities for design changes and improvements across engineering teams.

• Experience in structural assembly and repair operations.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and inspect avionics and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Familiarity with interior component fabrication and installation.
• Experience in sealing operations for aircraft tanks.
• Strong analytical skills for sizing and support analysis in engineering tasks.

A valid Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) license is required to troubleshoot, repair, install, and inspect aircraft engines and related components.
