Join the team in Wichita, KS to be a detail‑oriented and innovative Quality Engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Full‑time, Contract. Salary range: $85,850.00–$ (USD)
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
- Lead quality improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies and quality core tools.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and deliver quality‑related training programs for team members.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of paint and fabrication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies and quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Experience with QMS implementation and maintenance, particularly ISO 9001:2015.
- Knowledge of A3/8D problem‑solving techniques.
- Internal auditor certification preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug‑testing. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.
